Messages are typically answered within a couple of business days. Volume varies, so a reply is not guaranteed, but we read everything that comes in and fold useful feedback back into the tool.
What you can write about
- Calibration help: your device isn't listed, the credit-card slider won't match, or the ruler looks obviously wrong after calibration.
- Bug reports: something on the site doesn't work as described.
- Feature requests: conversions, device presets, or accessibility improvements you'd like to see.
- Content feedback: factual errors in the calibration, PPI, or conversion pages.
- Privacy questions: questions about cookies, analytics, or advertising. See also our privacy policy.
Reporting a bug
Bug reports are more actionable when they include:
- Device type (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop) and rough screen size.
- Operating system (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux) and version if known.
- Browser name and version.
- Whether the site was installed as a PWA or opened as a regular tab.
- Any calibration step you ran, and what you saw afterward.
- A short description of what you expected versus what actually happened.
